3 Step Sales Clinic Process
Sales Clinics is a programme designed and developed by Richard Lown for improving Deal and Account Management whilst making better use of existing CRM tools and supporting any sales training investments.
The programme follows a simple 3 step process that starts with Preparation and Planning (Where are we now, and Where do we want to be), and is then followed by a Workshop that typically takes about half a day where we look at a particular account or deal (and agree How We’re Going to Get There). Following the Sales Clinic Workshop we assist in the In Field Reinforcement process to ensure that our plan is executed to the best ability of the sales team.
